Mornings and afternoons at Songwriter Village will offer workshops in songwriting from our staff. There will also be time to work on your own songwriting, inspired by the prompts you receive in our workshops.
Evenings at Songwriter Village are a chance for participants to share their songs with the group in our Songwriters’ Showcase. Our staff musicians can accompany you if you choose.
By sharing our songs together, we not only develop our craft. We share with each other the vulnerability and self-expression inherent in our songs. The quality of performance doesn’t matter, because the heart always comes through.
This is a draft schedule of the Songwriter Village Program. Changes are likely. But this should give you some idea of what to expect.
